Everyone feels angry sometimes, it can help us identify situations and encourage us to change things we don’t like in our lives. However, when it has an impact on your daily life and relationships, and causes you to be reactive in a way that is hurtful then counselling can help. I can provide a safe and non-judgemental place to talk about these frustrations and get to the bottom of why you are feeling this way. It can be a sign that you are experiencing other emotions which are hidden behind the anger. We will identify what the triggers are and provide you with tools to help you control the reactions.
