Sometimes life throws curve balls. We suddenly become unable to cope with life as we once did. Our ability to see things clearly and positively has gone. Whatever negative experience may be happening in your life, no matter how big or small, if you start to feel differently, unable to cope and unable to process information rationally, then it can be very helpful to talk it through with a Counsellor.

Talking about your feelings and sharing your fears and concerns will provide me with a good indication as to why you are feeling unable to cope. We will work on problem-solving, learn healthy coping skills and establish healthy boundaries. You will discover what situations you can change, and gain confidence to better cope with the things you can’t. I am here to help you gain strength and be empowered, to take control and be in a stronger place so you can cope.
